A nursery needs to be a vibrant and a lively space and the color scheme of the nursery places a large role in creating the right effect.
Ideally choose a base color of your choice and then you can play with multiple shades of that color on different surfaces. Make sure that the bedding, rugs and drapes are color coordinated.
If your child is old enough to have preferences, you can choose a cartoon character as the basis of your nursery décor. You can choose designs, patterns and colors that either coordinate or contrast with the cartoon character’s primary colors.
